What language services do you offer?

Currently, we plan to offer English as a second language, foreign languages (French, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese), corporate language classes, and sign language.

Before registering for a course, do you offer placement tests?

Shortly, we will arrange placement tests for students to participate in at their convenience or on the recommendation of their teachers.

How many lessons can I schedule per week?

There is no limit to how many lessons you can take per week, depending on their teacher's schedule. However, we recommend students select their chosen date at least 24 hours in advance.  

What is the duration of each class?

Typically, classes last one hour, but you can request longer lessons at the teacher's discretion.  

When is the enrollment date for each class?

At Elevation, you can sign-up anytime on the "Student Registration" page. Enrollment dates, however, are determined by your teacher's schedule.

When I attend a live online class, what should I expect?

Teachers will organize a semi-customized curriculum based on your placement test results to fit your learning needs. Therefore, each class will have a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable and encouraged for each lesson. 

To start a virtual class, students need to first log into their student dashboard and access a zoom link.

*Please note that each class may be delivered differently, but expect quizzes, worksheets, videos, on- and offline resource suggestions.

What kind of after-school help do you offer?

With Elevation plus, our students have the opportunity to request additional teaching services:

• Resume Editing

• Interview Preparation

• Phone Tutoring

What computer equipment will I need for my lessons?

• Students will need a computer or mobile device with a microphone, webcam, and Internet access. 

• Teachers must have a computer with a webcam, a headset, and a hardwired internet connection.

What happens if I cannot attend one of the classes?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a class, and we will reschedule it as soon as possible. 

What do the online fees include?

Course fees include the following:

• The selected course(s)

• The online placement test

• A digital certificate of attendance

• Progress Reports

*Please note that if you need extra help services, you'll need to pay the additional fees displayed on your teacher's profile.
